To celebrate the Oktoberfest season, we've got four of Enegren Brewing Company's best German-style beers on tap. Raise a toast to Fall while supplies last!
4th Anniversary Doppelbock
Mk. IV (Mark 4), our four-year anniversary beer, is a German Style Doppelbock. Brewed with nearly 75% German Munich Dark Malt, this brew is smooth with a rich malt flavor with notes of honey, biscuit and bread. This very well could be the maltiest beer we've brewed to date! ABV: 8.0% IBU: 29
The Big Meat
The Big Meat is a rauchbier-style beer - a German beer brewed with Beechwood smoked malt. The smoked malt adds a distinct smokiness to the brew, similar to what you find in a good BBQ. At 7.6% ABV, this beer is bigger than a traditional rauchbier, but befitting to its name. To balance out the smokiness, the beer is brewed with Munich and Caramel Malts for a malty and caramel flavor that goes down smooth and is the perfect pairing to a delicious BBQ! Shoner Tag Hefeweisen
Schoner Tag, which means 'Beautiful Day' in German, is a traditional Bavarian-style hefeweizen. Brewed with over 50% malted wheat, the beer is cloudy from the higher proteins in wheat. The signature flavor in this beer is the banana and clove flavors produced from the yeast fermentation. ABV: 4.7% IBU: 14
Valkyrie is brewed following the traditions of one of the oldest beer styles in Germany - alt literally means "old" in German. However our version is a little stronger, maltier and darker than most of its German counterparts. Brewed with dark munich and pilsner malts imported from Germany, Valkyrie has a smooth toasty and caramel taste with hints of chocolate and sweetness balanced by a hefty dose of German Nobel hops. ABV: 6.2% IBU: 35
